No, and we will not. Bot traffic is the problem you are paying us to find. Billing you more for having more of it would put us on the wrong side of your own interests, and it would mean the tool switching itself off during exactly the spike you most needed measured.

No. Nothing sits in your request path. Edge middleware and the SDKs send after the response has already gone to your visitor, and the log agent reads a file. If any of it stops working, your site does not notice.
Collection pauses until the period resets, and we warn you at 80% and again at 100%. Nothing is deleted and nothing is billed automatically beyond your plan. You are never charged for going over.
If ClickBaton does not show you something worth knowing, ask within 30 days and we return the money to your wallet. A person reads every request, usually within a working day. You keep your data.
Not on our account. By default we set no cookie on your site and hash visitor addresses with a salt that changes nightly, so nobody can follow a visitor across days. There is an optional setting that does use a cookie, and it is off unless you turn it on.
